Refund Policy

Scope

This policy applies to space organisation services provided by Vyxtoranvor. Terms may be amended in individual service agreements.

Cancellation by you

If you need to cancel a booked session, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled start: full refund or reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice: we may charge up to 50% of the session fee to cover costs.

Cancellation by us

If we have to cancel (e.g. illness, emergency), we will offer a full refund or reschedule at your choice. No charge will apply.

Refunds for completed work

Our services are tailored and performed on site. Once a session has started and work has been carried out, we do not offer refunds for that portion of the work. If you are dissatisfied, please contact us within 7 days so we can discuss and try to resolve the matter.

Partial refunds

If you have prepaid for a multi-session package and wish to cancel remaining sessions, we will refund the unused portion minus any non-refundable costs already incurred.

How to request a refund

Contact us by email (support@vyxtoranvor.world) or phone (+447731398261). Include your name, the date of the service and the reason for the request. We will respond within 5 working days.

Your statutory rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights regarding faulty services, misrepresentation or services not performed with reasonable care and skill. For advice, contact the Citizens Advice Consumer Service (citizensadvice.org.uk) or your local trading standards office.
